How long does the Hire, Train, Delegate program take to complete?
The entire Hire, Train, Delegate method is a three month program. We estimate each portion of the program to happen as follows:
ONBOARDING - Time tracking & onboarding is expected to take one to two weeks.
HIRING - Approximately 30 days (while we try our best to put your new hire in place in this amount of time, understand that things do happen in the market so this is an approixmate.
TRAINING - Initial onboarding & training with your team member takes approximately one month.
DELEGATING - The remaining months are spent learning to build systems & processes to delegate out to your new team.
Do you always hire from the Phillippines & how much should I expect to pay?
We often hire from the Phillippines but it's not a hard & fast rule. We ensure that everyone we hire is paid a fair wage for their area. Rates vary depending on job description & experience level. You can anticipate an admin VA to land somewhere between $5 - $7/ hour & rates go up for specialized areas such as graphic designers, tech VAs, or video editors. (Please note these pricing conditions are current at the time of the creation of this course and subject to change.)
Do you offer a guarantee?
While we diligently search for each and every hire, we do understand the risk that a hire may not be successful. Due to this, we offer a 3 month guarantee on your team. Meaning if they don't work out within the first 90 days we will re-hire at no additional cost to you.
